Prior to attending veterinary school she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Texas and worked as a veterinary technician and laboratory research assistant. She grew up on the Oregon coast and moved to Texas in 2006. Dr. Nyquist’s special interests include feline internal medicine, dentistry, radiology, and surgery. Dr. Nyquist has three cats; Zoe, Nala and Adora.
